Job Pipeline
A board and table for tracking job applications from applied through interview, offer or decline.
Job Pipeline tracks each application as a card that moves through numbered stages: Applied, Scheduling, Interviewing, Waiting to hear back, Offer and Declined. Each card shows the company, level, what they sell and a short pay line. Opening a card shows the full details, a next step, notes and the history of every move.
Some moves ask a question first. Moving to Scheduling asks when the interview is (or whether it is still being scheduled) and how high a priority it is. Leaving Interviewing asks for a 1 to 10 rating, and moving to Declined asks why the opportunity was lost.
A table view shows the same jobs as rows, with sortable, filterable and reorderable columns.
